If you're ever in SF and looking for a good time, it's all about 111 Minna! The art gallery, turned swanky smooth club at night, fills not just your cup, but your soul too! You get two large rooms of eye pleasing art, and ear satisfying sound.
Suite Jesus! The name says it all, and the events are even better.

Soul Con Dance Co Photo Shoot

All I could think of up until my dance company photo shoot, was just that, the photo shoot. I stayed up at night thinking of outfits. Creating backgrounds and secret lives for our characters. Envisioning all of the pieces put together to create a unique scene with an untold story.
After what felt like a life time, here are a few of the photos, and a few random thoughts to accompany.

Sneaker Pimp n' Heels Ho

I not only adore kicks, but I love heels as well. Often, I feel torn in the A.M. trying to choose the lucky feet fitters for the day.
Recently I got a pleasant surprise in the region of pedal perfection. Not only an incorporation on kicks and heels, but Christian Siriano has designed shoes for Payless? Wha, wha, wha, whaaaa? Yes, ranging from $25-$45! Insanity? It doesn't stop there. They are also Egypt inspired! What kind of serendipitous heaven have I fallen into? I'm sure I'll get every pair, and save a few bucks to afford the sneaker freaker heels too! ;)

Miss Sixty, Miss Sixty, Miss Sixty...

I absolutely love the spring/summer 2009 collection of Miss Sixty. Even though it's premier was, what, months ago now? Their predictions of how my attitude and taste would evolve and morph was on point!
I think I will always adore knee-high socks, but with bold stripes in a sheer material? All most lingerie like, and that makes me adore it even more!
The raw urban surroundings, combined with a sophisticated funky lady, is just how I feel when I see these clothes, and just how I love to feel everyday in mine.
